If you request a hearing within 10 days you will be sent an extension, you have a total of 30 days to request a hearing.
What did you blow? If you blew less that .15 you may be eligible for a work license. If you blew a .15 or above, you need a lawyer to go over your options immediately.
If you are an out of state resident, you still may wish to have a hearing since your privileges to drive in the State of Maryland may be affected.
